Just days after Tyger River Park in Duncan, SC was named ASA's Park of the Year, Jaiden Tweed decided to provide one of its highlights. With the bases loaded in the Saturday nightcap, Tweed blasted a mammoth shot over the left field fence ... a shot that continued on past the baseball fence behind it, over the bank, across the pathway, and to the edge of the parking lot.
The rip was the first Grand Slam of Tweed's career and certainly the farthest hit home run of her career and highlighted the Lady Lightning Prospects' victory over the Carolina Elite.
