In the midst of the turmoil brought on by Hurricane Joaquin, Jaiden Tweed brought a little calm to her life by committing to play softball for the Presbyterian College Blue Hose in Clinton, SC.
The sophomore was an All-Western Highlands Conference pitcher for Owen High School, as well as an All-District and All-State performer. Tweed plays travel ball with the Lady Lightning Prospects organization out of Myrtle Beach, SC.
"I'm excited to be a part of the program that Coach Stubbs and her staff are building at Presbyterian. It's a fantastic school and an opportunity for me to be a part of something special. I'm looking forward to joining them after my high school career is up," said Tweed.
