With a 13-0 lead after four innings, there wasn't much more for freshman Jaiden Tweed to prove against Mitchell High School on Tuesday afternoon. So, for the first time all season, Tweed relinguished mound duties and let a teammate finish up the victory.

During her four innings, however, Tweed was stellar. Nine strikeouts and no hits allowed only added to her already-terrific start to the season. In four games of Varsity action, the freshman stands at 2-1, with 52 strikeouts in 24 innings, an ERA of 1.70, and an opponent's batting average of .088.

In addition, at the plate, Tweed went 2-for-3 with two doubles and three runs scored, to raise her season's average to .600 with an OPS of 1.592.
