Tweed Dominates in 3rd Start

After a week of rainouts, Jaiden Tweed was anxious to return to action. And no wonder! In seven innings of work, Tweed fanned 17 to come within one of the school record. She allowed only one hit, three walks, and one earned run in the victory. For the season, Tweed now has 43 strikeouts in 20 innings of work, an ERA of 2.03, and an opponent's batting average of .083.

Ms. Tweed was also not too shabby at the plate, going 2-for-3 with a double and a stolen base, raising her season average to .571.
