Tweed Dominates at College of Charleston!
On a beautiful Winter weekend, there's not a much nicer place to be than Charleston, SC. And that's exactly where Jaiden Tweed spent her weekend, at the 2015 College of Charleston Winter Elite Camp.
During the workouts with Coach Linda Kalafatis and her staff, including Pitching Coach Ashley Chastain, on Saturday, Tweed consistently smashed the ball off the outfield fence during the front toss hitting drill and showed off her unique motion during the pitching session.
Tweed also participated in the Cougar Game Day Experience on Sunday. At the plate, Tweed went 2-for-5 in the two games, with two hard smashes up the middle and also put her blazing speed on the basepaths on display.In five innings in the circle, Tweed utilized her unique delivery to fan 11 while surrendering only one hit and no runs. Tweed's speed and movement were most impressive during the two game performance.
