Jaiden Tweed Guests With and Stars For Lady Lightning
Following her performance at the recent USC Upstate Softball Camp, Jaiden Tweed was invited by Myrtle Beach's Lady Lightning to join them for the WFC Battle at the Beach November 21- 23. The final day of the tournament was canceled due to rain, but Tweed made the best of the two days of action.
At the plate, Tweed finished with a .538 average, smashing a double, two triples, a home run and adding two stolen bases. On the mound, Tweed threw four no-hit innings, surrendering no runs and fanning five. In the field, Tweed had limited action in center but did manage to save the life of a small lizard which had made it's way to the dirt.
