Jaiden Tweed Soars Higher

One day after firing a one-hit 18 K masterpiece, Jaiden Tweed took the mound again. This time, however, a huge 11-run offensive outburst gave her school a large enough cushion that Tweed only needed to throw two innings before surrendering the circle. Overshadowing Tweed's two no-hit innings with 4 Ks was her performance at the plate, where she ripped four consecutive line drives to raise her season average to .583 with 3 HR, 14 RBI, 4 SB, and a slugging percentage of 1.333. Tweed now leads the league in every offensive, defensive, and pitching category.
