Jaiden Tweed Goes Yard Again and Fires Another Shutout!

We're not even to the halfway point in Jaiden Tweed's final Middle School season, but the 8th Grader doesn't have much left to prove. Not only did she go deep for her third fence-clearing blast in as many games, she also pitched the complete game shutout with a two-hitter and only one walk, lowering her season ERA to 1.03 and continuing to strikeout over two batters per inning. At the plate, Jaiden boasts a 1.250 Slugging Percentage and a ridiculous 1.775 OPS through five games. Her Owen Middle team now heads into Spring Break with a two-game conference lead.
